My goal is to provide a supportive and safe space where you can work through the unique challenges that come with your job. Witnessing trauma, dealing with the pressures of the job, and the toll it can take on your personal life can be overwhelming. I understand the importance of taking care of your mental health, and with my experience and expertise, I am committed to helping you achieve a greater sense of balance, resilience, and improved overall well-being.
