Transformation starts in your thoughts

Who are my

Clients

Who I see & why

I've had the privilege of working with first responders throughout my entire career, and I've dedicated a significant portion of my client spots to supporting them and their families. My husband is a first responder, so I know firsthand how challenging the profession can be not only for the responders but also for their loved ones.

I get it. The job can be incredibly stressful, and it can take a toll on your relationships. Sometimes you need to vent, swear, cry, or even yell. That's okay. I'm here to listen and support you through it all. I promise to keep your information confidential and understand your unique sense of humor and the horror stories you may need to share.

I specialize in helping first responders adjust to life changes like starting a new job or transitioning into retirement, dealing with PTSD, and processing trauma. I'll be there to help you clear those tough calls and work through chronic suicidality, intrusive thoughts, and moral injury. I also understand that coping with stress can lead to unhealthy habits like drinking, gambling, or avoidance. I'll work with you to develop healthy coping strategies that work for you.

Currently I see individual adults, I do not see children nor families. In certain circumstances I do work with couples, please discuss further with me surrounding your needs.

At the end of the day, my goal is to support you in maintaining your mental health so you can continue to do your job to the best of your abilities. If you need someone to talk to or just want to vent, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here for you.
